Sexually Provocative Clothing (inappropriate for weather situations)
Unable to make decisions without approval
Claims older boyfriend or girlfriend
Frequently absent from school or workplace

Offers independence
Luxury items and cash
Meeting the need for food, clothing, shelter.
Flattery, lies, and manipulation.
Exploiting position of authority
Exploiting vulnerability and desperation

Pay close attention to your surroundings
Don’t wait to call - call your local law enforcement first and report red flag behaviors, tell them you may have observed trafficking
Don’t worry about being wrong
Provide detailed information such as: what kind of car they got in, the person/s bone structure and attributes, when and where you saw something, what shoes the people had on, and if you feel comfortable, take a picture real-time
